Our Company

Andreoni Recruiting Consultants was founded by Candy Andreoni in 2013.  Candy graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Hotel Restaurant Tourism Administration and has over 20 years experience within the hospitality industry.  

Candy started as a restaurant manager after college and grew within the restaurant industry to become a recruiter and HR professional. Candy and Andreoni Recruiting understands what it takes to find talented people and a great company to work for.

Our staff is SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management) certified and has over 15 years experience handling human resource and recruiting needs in the hospitality industry. Andreoni Recruiting is a registered Company in the state of Virginia but operates nationwide.

What types of companies do we work with?  We are happy to work with any company, but specialize in working with restaurants.

What positions do we hire for?  All salary level positions from restaurant managers to multi unit leaders to corporate support positions to the executive level.

What are our rates?  There is no charge to the individual looking for a new opportunity.  Our rates for our clients are competitive.  We offer flat fees per hire and retainer fees for HR support.
